During this episode, I will carefully discuss my background, my career, and why I resigned. I will also address my recent derogatory post on social media via email to the President of the board. I want to apologize to any woman I offended it was vulgar and I take full ownership. However, the level of racism and micro aggressions I had to endure by these specific women was far worse than any words. I was to the point of feeling debilitated and they refused to let me say goodbye to the children I’ve worked with for over a decade. I never want to say anyone go through what I went through and I hope that this podcast makes an impact on someone.

I’m sorry to any woman I offended! Misogyny and Racism are not okay both are very wrong. However, the racism is constantly gazed over no matter how extreme. That’s what I hope came across in my podcast.
